North Dakota Dollars for Scholars (NDDFS) held its second bi-annual Celebrate North Dakotans Banquet on Sept 23, 2006 to honor North Dakotans who have accomplishments on local, state and national levels. The Celebrate North Dakotans event allows North Dakota Dollars for Scholars to showcase individuals and their achievements in a way that connects their lives back to their North Dakota roots. Most honorees have been nominated for this recognition by a student within the North Dakota school system.
